Who takes part, and how
A delegate is anyone registered to attend iCAD 2027. The other roles describe how a person contributes to the programme.

| Student delegate | PhD and Masters students attend as delegates at the student rate. | Register after student verification | £200 (£250 from 1 April 2027) |
| Paper presenter | Submit an extended abstract or full paper through Oxford Abstracts. Academic submissions are double-blind reviewed. | Register as a delegate | As for your delegate category |
| Emerging scholar | PhD students and early-career researchers within five years of their PhD present at the Emerging Scholars Colloquium on 16 June. | Register as a delegate | As for your delegate category |
| Practitioner or policymaker | Submit a 500-word practice or policy brief for the Industry, Policy & Practitioners Workshop on 17 June. | Register as a delegate | As for your delegate category |
